We have represented ECM Maritime Services, LLC since 2005 and have successfully assisted its clients all over Europe.
ECM  (Environmental Crisis Management)  was the first company to provide dedicated services to the shipping community in the fields of contingency planning, emergency response, and compliance with the requirements of OPA 90 in the United States.

ECM Europe was founded by Mr. Bruno Di Lascio on Jan 2007.  Born in 1971, he graduated at the Nautical Institute in 1990 and served as Second Lieutenant in the Italian Navy from 1991 to 1994 and later on was employed for almost ten years in a shipping company as Purchasing Manager, Safety & Quality Auditor, DP, QSE Coordinator and Quality Manager. In late 1999 he designed and implemented an Environmental Management System (EMS) for an Italian Shipping Company, the first one in Italy and the second in Europe to be certified in compliance with the ISO 14001:1996.

Our main office is located in Rome Harbour, Italy. We have also established an extensive network of qualified and certified consultants and inspectors throughout Europe supporting ECM Europe Team project by project.
